規約

I. Creative Works
1.
All intellectual property rights and copyrights for any and all works created by me (Ratith) belong solely to me, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unauthorized use, reproduction, redistribution, or claiming authorship of my works, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
2.
I shall not be held liable for any issues, damages, or consequences arising from the use or citation of my works.
3.
Even in cases where prior permission for the use or citation of my works has been granted, I reserve the right to revoke said permission if I determine the usage to be inappropriate. In such cases, continued use or citation is strictly prohibited.II. Commissions
1.
Upon accepting a commission, I will make every effort to complete the work by the agreed-upon deadline. However, if circumstances on my side cause a delay, both parties shall discuss and decide on an appropriate course of action.
2.
Payment is to be made after delivery of the completed work. Currently, I only accept payments via PayPay.
3.
If you do not receive a response from me within one week after contacting me regarding a commission, it is possible that your message did not reach me or that there was an issue with delivery. In such a case, please judge accordingly and kindly contact me again.
4.
In the event of any dispute or issue arising from a commission, both parties shall attempt to resolve the matter through mutual consultation. If no resolution can be reached, legal action or equivalent measures may be taken.III. Miscellaneous

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Please be aware of and accept this in advance.


Ⅰ. 創作物について
1.
私（Ratith）が制作したすべての創作物の所有権および著作権は、明記がない限り私に帰属します。無断での使用・転載・自作発言・再配布等は、全ておやめください。
2.
私の創作物を使用または引用することで生じたトラブルや損害について、私は一切の責任を負いかねます。
3.
過去に創作物の使用または引用を許可していた場合でも、それが不適切であると私が判断した際には、その使用や引用を取り消し、禁止することがあります。Ⅱ. 依頼について
1.
ご依頼を受けた際は、責任を持って納期内での納品に努めます。ただし、やむを得ない事情で遅れる場合は、お互いに相談のうえ対応を決定いたします。
2.
料金は納品後にお支払いいただきます。現在、お支払い方法はPayPayのみ対応しておりますのでご了承ください。
3.
ご依頼のご連絡をいただいた後、1週間以内にこちらからの返信がない場合は、何らかの理由でご連絡が届いていない可能性がございます。お手数ですが、その際は依頼者様のご判断で、再度ご連絡いただけますと幸いです。
4.
依頼に関してトラブルが発生した場合は、まずお互いに相談し、解決策を協議します。それでも解決が難しい場合は、法的手段またはそれに準ずる方法を取らせていただくことがございます。Ⅲ. その他
